Q1. What is a My Rugby ID or Member ID?
Each member of the Melbourne Rebels holds a My Rugby ID which may also be referred to as your Member ID. Your My Rugby ID number appears on the back of your member card. To log in to the online portal via the membership section on the Melbourne Rebels website, please enter your My Rugby ID or email address and password.
Q2. Are there any password changes when logging in to renew my 2019 Membership?
Yes, for the 2019 season, the Rebels are using a new membership system to facilitate memberships through (Ticket Master). On the 15th October all members will be sent new log in details including username and password. Upon logging in you will be asked to reset your password.

Q3. How many home games will the Melbourne Rebels host in 2019?
The Melbourne Rebels will have eight (8) scheduled home games as part of the regular home and away season in 2019.
Q4. When will the Melbourne Rebels home and away draw be released for the 2019 season?
The Super Rugby draw has been released and can be found on our website, www.melbournerebels.com.au
Q5. When should I expect my membership pack delivery?
If you renew or book before 5pm 11th January 2019 your membership pack should arrive in the first week of February before the first Rebels home game of the 2019 season. Membership packages purchased after this date will be shipped within 14 working days of being processed.
Q6. Can I track my Membership pack?
Yes, if you live in a metropolitan area of Australia, have nominated a street address (no PO Boxes) and a valid email address you will receive a shipping notification including tracking details so you can track the delivery of your membership pack.
Q7. How can I become a Member?
You can join as a Member by logging onto https://melbournerebels.com/membership/ or calling one of our friendly Membership team staff on 1300 467 323.
Q8. What is the process to change seats in 2019?
To change your seats, you can request your new position (e.g. closer to an existing Member or change in field position) as part of your online order.
New members will have the change to choose a seat as part of the online order if booking through the portal over the website, if this is done over the phone, you will be allocated best available seat.
If you renew before the seat cut-off date, 19th November 2018, you are guaranteed your 2018 reserved seat. Should you renew after the seat cut-off date and your seats have been reallocated you will then be allocated the next best available.
Q9. Are there any changes to the seating at AAMI Park in 2019 for the Rebels season?
The seating configuration will be the same as the 2018 season, this means the Level 3 Western side will be again closed off for the 2019 season. If you have any questions regarding seating please contact us on 1300 GO REBELS (46 73 23).
Q10. What are the category limits?
Children three (3) years old or younger will be admitted to Rebels matches free of charge, however they must be seated on the lap of an accompanying adult.
Junior age: sixteen (16) years or under as at 1st October 2019.
A family ticket is four (4) seats and consists of either two (2) Adults & two (2) Juniors OR one (1) Adult and three (3) Juniors (aged sixteen (16) years or under as at 1st October 2019).
A Concession membership applies to holders of a current Pensioner Card (aged, single parent or disability), or Veteran Affairs or TPI Association of Victoria card, or a student holding a full-time Student Card for 2019.
A foundation member is an individual who has been a member of the Melbourne Rebels in each and every Super Rugby home and away season that the Melbourne Rebels have participated in, since commencement of the 2011 Super Rugby Competition
Q11. What is the process for Super Rugby Finals ticketing?
All 2019 members will be entitled to priority access to purchase tickets to Super Rugby Finals matches that are hosted by the Melbourne Rebels. Should the Rebels qualify to host any of the 2019 finals series matches, members will be contacted regarding priority booking arrangements.
Should a home final be played at AAMI Park, the Rebels cannot guarantee the same seat(s) allocated to members during the 2019 Super Rugby home and away season. You may request the same seat with the ticketing agency at the time of purchase; however this is subject to availability.
Members’ priority periods may vary depending on the level of membership held. The order of ticket booking priority for Finals Matches is as follows:
1. Weary Dunlop Rugby Club Membership
2. Platinum Membership
3. Gold Membership
4. Silver Membership
5. Blue Membership

Q12. What Payment Methods are accepted?
VISA, MasterCard or American Express, cheque or cash (if paying in person at the Melbourne Rebels office). You may also purchase on game day with the same payment methods above.
Q13. Is the Part Payment option available for 2019 Rebels Memberships?
Yes, the part payment option will be available for 2019 Memberships.
Q14. Is there a process fee to sign up for the Melbourne Rebels Payment Plan?
No, compared to previous years, there is no fee to sign up to the Melbourne Rebels payment plan.
Q15. When will the monthly payments be taken out of my account for the Rebels Memberships?
Payment will be taken on the 15th of October, November, December 2018 and January, February, March, April, May of 2019 unless this date falls on a weekend or Public holiday, in which case it will be deducted on the following business working day.
Q16. What will appear on my Credit Card statement once a part payment is deducted?
‘MelbRebelsMembership’ will appear as the description on your statement when a payment is taken from your credit card.
Q17. Are Debit Success assisting the Rebels to take Part Payments again for 2019?
Debit Success are no longer working with the Rebels. All part payments will be run through the club directly.
Q18. My credit card details need to be updated, how can I update this?
If you log onto the Rebels account and select ‘My Account’ this will allow you to update your credit card details. If you are having any issues please call us on 1300 GO REBELS (1300 46 73 23).
Q19. How can I cancel my Rebels payment plan?
To opt out of the Monthly Payment Plan at the conclusion of your last instalment you must notify Melbourne Rebels Membership Team via email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least seven days prior to the first instalment for the following season. All outstanding payments must be complete at time of opting out.
You may also cancel you part payment mid-season by paying the remaining value of your membership in full, fees may apply.
Q20. What if I miss a payment, what happens?
In the event that a payment is rejected the Rebels team will inform the member via phone or email. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that all contact information is kept up to date with Melbourne Rebels.
Q21. What is the cut-off date to sign up for the Rebels payment plan?
To be eligible for the Payment Plan you must renew or purchase your membership by COB on 15th March 2019.
If a member purchases a membership after the first instalment date (15th October 2018) the value of your membership will be split over the remaining payment dates. By selecting part payment you will also be included in an auto renewal agreement, whereby your membership will automatically roll-over my membership each season.
Q22. How much will it cost to purchase a ticket to a Rebels home game?
Match day ticket prices for 2019 Melbourne Rebels home matches are yet to be released. Once they have been finalised they will be published at www.melbournerebels.com and on the Melbourne Rebels social media platforms.
Q23. Do Rebels Members get discounts on match day tickets?
Melbourne Rebels members will get a discount on all match day tickets excluding Weary Dunlop Lounge for 2019.
Q24. Can I purchase additional tickets next to my season seat allocation for the game day?
Additional tickets can be purchased leading up to a game by either emailing the Melbourne Rebels membership and ticketing team at email@example.com, or phoning 1300 467 323
Q25. How do I purchase tickets for Rebels away games?
Whilst the Melbourne Rebels do not sell tickets to away games, we will be able to advise who you can purchase these through online.
Q26. Is there parking at AAMI Park?
Parking throughout the Melbourne and Olympic Parks (MOPT) is severely limited and not controlled by the Melbourne Rebels.

Q27. Is there public transport available to and from the match?
Take any metro train to Richmond Station or Tram: Route 70 (AAMI Park stop or Hisense Arena stop) which will get you very close to the ground. AAMI Park is approximately a 20 minute walk from Flinders Street station. For full public transport information please click here
Q28. How do we purchase Disability seating & carers Memberships?
Please call the Membership Line on 1300 467 323 to arrange for specialty seating requests. The Melbourne Rebels are also committed to providing your companion with a complimentary membership to enable them to accompany you to games.
Q29. Can I get a replacement membership card if mine goes missing?
Replacement membership cards can be organised by either emailing the Melbourne Rebels membership team at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 1300 467 323.
Q30. What happens if my membership pack doesn’t arrive before the game, how do I get into the game?
If your membership package does not arrive before the game, you will be able to print off an Ezy ticket to scan in at the game. For more instructions on how to access your Ezy ticket please call the membership team on 1300 467 323, or log into your Melbourne Rebels account and click on ‘My Profile’ then ‘Ezy ticket’.
Q31. Can I upgrade my seat at a game?
Ticket upgrades can be arranged either through the Melbourne Rebels membership and ticketing team before the game by emailing email@example.com or calling 1300 467 323.
Q32. Can I go to the post game function?
All Platinum Members have access to the post-game function on Level 2.
Gold Members will be invited to attend on three pre-determined occasions and Silver Members will be invited on one occasion.
This will be communicated in the Member Newsletter leading up to the match and listed on the website after the Season Draw is announced.
Q33. When will the Flexi Memberships go onsale?
Flexi memberships will be on the 15th March 2019. All Flexi members in 2018 will have the opportunity to renew those.
Q34. How many games will the Flexi membership entitle me to attend?
The Flexi Membership will allow you access into (4) four available home games in 2018.
Q35. What categories will be available to purchase for the Flexi Memberships?
Platinum, Gold and Blue memberships will be available to purchase when these go on-sale in 2019.
Q36. Do I need to nominate my four games?
Yes, when you purchase your membership you will need to nominate four games.
Q37. As a Flexi Platinum or Gold Member do I have an allocated seat?
Yes, as a Flexi Member you will have an allocated seat for the games you have nominated.
Q38. Can I change my nominated games?
No, once games are selected these cannot be changed.
Q39. How long will it take to receive my International membership?
International memberships will be shipped within 10 working days of purchase, personalised jerseys will take 15 days from confirming the name you wish to be personalised. International postage can vary depending on your location, for further details on expected delivery times please refer to the Australia Post International Post Guide.
Q40. Can I track my International membership pack?
Yes, your membership pack will be sent by tracking parcel. To obtain tracking information please send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Q41. How do I redeem my Platinum tickets?
You will receive two Platinum ticket passes in your pack, simply present them at the Ticketek Box Office on any game day to redeem your tickets.
Q42. How do I confirm what name I would like on my personalised jersey?
You will be asked to confirm the personalisation on the package information/Payment page. The Melbourne Rebels will also email you to confirm the sizing of your jersey. Be sure to double check the spelling, Melbourne Rebels will not be responsible for replacing incorrect jerseys. Personalised names cannot exceed 12 characters and Melbourne Rebels reserves the right not to print any wording that may be considered offensive.
